Building Our Community – One Zabava at a Time!
History & Future:
Over the past three year Mega-Zabava has been proud to bring together close to 4,000 in combine attendance to our highly successful zabavas and social events. Our customer base consists of Ukrainian-Canadians in the ages from 17 to 30 (70%), form 31 to 40 (25%), and 40+ (5%).
In 2012 we are taking on new challenges by hosing “high-caliber” events for the Ukrainian community by presenting bands from Ukraine at Toronto’s prime locations. This will help us reach out to a wider Ukrainian community and deliver most desired levels of entertainment.
We will also continue the support to our community by volunteering our services to Ukrainian non-for-profit organizations in order to help them raise funds through social events and grow their membership.
Managing local folk-bands, engaging dance groups, and promoting local talent is also another valuable aspect that we plan to enhance in order to grow our Ukrainian-Canadian youth community.
